Gayatri Projects secures a new order under BOT with project cost of Rs 602.00 crores

Gayatri Projects Limited has secured a new order under BOT (Toll) with a total project cost of Rs 602 crores.

The company has agreed to pay a premium of Rs 24.10 crores, to NHAI annually and has a right to collect Toll on the existing four lane highway through its SPV.

The BOT order is for six laning of Indore-Dewas of NH-3 from KM 577.550 to KM 610 and KM 0 to KM 12.60 (approx. length of 45.05 km) in the state of Madhya Pradesh under NHDP Phase-V to be executed as BOT (Toll) Project on DBFOT pattern – Letter of Award (LOA).

The stock was trading at Rs.385, down by Rs.5.95 or 1.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.403.60 and low of Rs.378.25.

The total traded quantity was 97457 compared to 2 week average of 71461.
