   Hello
   Just wanted to share this bit shocking experience. I took a pre-paid (black/yellow) cab from DEL airport to Gurgaon. After paying the toll, I requested the driver to pass on the receipt for my accounting. I was shocked to find it was just a blank piece of crumpled paper shoved into the hands of the driver. The driver was bullied into making a quick get away citing traffic congesation. This is a second time i have had this experienc and can imagin the kind of revenue lost

   I want know what are the provisions for the press vehicles. Govt. has annonces toll free to journalist” s vehicles but toll is collected from journalist vehicles .Why so .
