This is with reference to toll plaza Jamnagar Vadinar RVTL section near Bedgaon. I am staying in township near the toll plaza (2 Kms from Toll plaza) and frequently required to go to Jamnagar city for various reasons like Medical treatment, schooling, etc.
We have issued the free passes but need to renew the pass every month, if we are late these people are charging the toll fee to us.
We are normally passing through toll plaza in the morning at 7:30 am or in the evening around 7 to 8 pm, we are unable to match out timings with toll plaza office timing for renewal of pass. Sunday also it is closed. When I discussed this issue with L&T official he was arguing only like he is doing a great favor to us. He is not trying to understand the difficulties we are facing. I was very unhappy the way toll plaza providing the services to us,
Hope you may do something to improve the service.

    This TOLL plaza (Jamnagar – Vadinar) was kept open on Sundays for a short duration but now it is closed againa and it is very difficult to renew the pass every month as on working days takeing special leave from office for only this purpose is very inconvenienta and wastage of time and energy.

    Please find a workable solution for the same.

    Respectable Sir,

    I am staying in Motikhavdi Village,One of your employee named Mr Trivedi who is incharge of toll plaza gate is behaving like king of toll plaza and using abusing language infront of my wife on 15/08/2013 when i was a query of Pass and wanted to sort out. Requested to see at your end because few of friends also suffered from his behavior , kindly Take strong action against him other wise we represent this case to our Jamnagar DSP as return request and will take a action against him, secondly lots of truck of Vasai doing illigle Boxite transfer done free and not paying the plaza tax the trucks are running on the name of Trivedi.

    Please take this note also.

    Please take a action against him and reply me on my mail to have a satisfaction.

    Dear all,

    This toll plaza is not manage professionally.

    Everyday in the morning I have to spend 30 minutes at toll plaza.

    I am professionally chartered accountant and central government employee.

    I am going to send complaint mail about this to collector of jamnagar,nhai,l&t,transport minister,Gujarat state CM,Pehredar CNBC awaaz.

    “A story of masters and slave”

    PPP is a very pathetic condition for all the citizens of India and here is one example.
    on 15th August, 2015, i was traveling to Dwarka along with my wife. At Padhari toll plaza a person sitting on the booth (Mr. Chavda), on some discussion started using abusive words in-front of my wife. I felt very shameful to see this. The person having no sense of how to talk with the customer. There was no dress code. i am still in doubt whether he was employed or was just kept for time pass (part time workers). Any qualification he might have is beyond imagination. He behaved as if he has owned the road. he was true also in the sense because before on this only road to Jamnagar there was no toll plaza. but now is no option left for the travelers. So he was the master and i the citizens was slave.

    I thought i will get justice if i share this with in complain form to his superiors but surprisingly the same Senior was seen there also. No body was concerned about my complain. they clicked the video recording which had no voice recording and blamed me for the whole issue and supported their staff.

    This all made me to smelled a huge corruption between the local Rajkot National Highway Authority and the L&T Company. there was no fear of higher authorities in them. There was no quality manpower at this toll plaza. the person MR. chavda (a ruling community in past) behaved as if today also he has the right to ruling and this was an example in today also it is natural in Gujarat once you visit specially the saurashtra region. This caste power might have given him the power for this his behavior. I was in shock how any one can behave like this as if he has owned the whole governments road. and you have to solute to him if you want to pass the toll.

    After complaining no effective actions were seen they replied that it was your fault only and he was performing his duty.

    Is this what democracy we have achieved. Is the democracy is not outsourced to the private agencies?. Is outsourcing of roads to private companies has given them the right to exploit the poor citizens. is is not that the government has created private masters on outsourcing name ie. a third party and again third party again a third party… …..

    The only tax left for the government is to charge tax (through PPP.) on going out from our home (protection tax for policy services)?

    Very pathetic to see that the masters like L&T companies are been given licenses to rule on the common public and are empowered to treat common people as slaves?. “Bhavgan jane kya kay dekhna baki has Public Private Patnership (PPP) ke nam per” “KOI BACHAO INDIA KO” .

L&T Company has no proper checking on their staff. the booth person are behaving very badly with the citizens. no dress code, no proper grievance mechanism. on 15th August, 2015 i had a very bad experience from one on L&T’s staff at booth no. 08 Mr. Chavda. he used abusive words in-front of my wife. and surprisingly in spite of complain no action has been taken against him.

    the roads of Gujarat has been shelled to L&T Company in Gujarat. “Ram bharose has Gujarat”.

    I GOING TO RAJKOT TO JAMNAGAR ON 3/10/2015 AND I TACK A RETURN PASS OF DEPALIYA TOLL PLAZA IN MORNING AND I RETURN OF THIS TALL PLAZA IN EVENING BUT MY PASS IS LOST MY CHILD IS BROKEN THIS PASS SO I REQ. TO TALL PLAZA PERSON BUT THIS PERSON SAID PLEASE PURCHASE A NEW PASS

    WHY I PURACHASE A NEW PASS ?????? BECAUSE YOUR PLAZA IS TOTAL COMPUTERIZED SO I REQ. YOU TO PL. CHECK MY CAR NO AND CHECK I HAVE PURCHASE A RETURN PASS BUT THIS PERSON SAID NO ONLY PAY AND BAD WORDS THIS IS A VERY BAD BY L AND T PERSON PL.     i am file police complain against of L & T Toll plaza vanpri .
    because of i am facing a problem of on your toll plaza.
    some person is bulling on me so please save both number 2 cctv footage of 07 February 2016
    time is 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
    i am asking for a complain register but no one provide me.
    one person passing his nano car on both no. 2 but his not allow passing my car on this lane also 2 more car passing on this lane. pleas tall me why ?
    if your not replay on this i am going to consumer court and i am file police complain against of your management.
    once again i am telling you save cctv footage today.

    Hello

    Few days back I was travelling to Porbandar with my family. The experience at Ranavav Toll Plaza(Just before few kms of Porbandar) was too pathetic and totally annoying.

    I was waiting the the line for my turn from around 5 minutes, few vehicles those were ahead of me passed and when my turn came, the person at the toll plaza suddenly closed it and instead of requesting me, he in a very harsh tone told me that this is closed move to another line…. is this a joke? are we in a jungle?

    I requested him but instead of understanding me, he told that its your wish whether you want to wait here or move to other line as this line will not open now.

    When I asked him that I would like to have talk with the manager, the person still int he same tone told me that go and have talk with anyone you want it want make any difference.

    I was a bit positive that some manager or higher authority person will be of some help to me but the situation was the same as the people sitting in the office too were least concerned about the trouble faced by any of the people at toll plaza.

    The date was 8th May 2016(Sunday) time approx 9:30 am. I did put my experience in the complain book but I think the problem faced by me wont make difference to anyone.

    The people at Toll Plaza need to be given some training how to talk and behave with the customers, we are not beggars that they talk in harsh or rough tone as they wish, they are at the plaza to serve the people and not to give trouble.

    I hope some action should be taken against such operators at the Plaza and also against the Managers who too also motivate the operators by taking their side.

    The complain register at the Plaza is just for a kind of formality as there is no number specified at the plaza to launch complain immediately. If there would have been any such number or person available at the plaza to understand the issues faced by the customers, it could have been a great help.

    And please also note that such incidence do commonly happen at many toll plaza in Gujarat specially of rough and rude behaviour of operators. They behave as if “LUKKHAS” or “GUNDAS”, if strict actions are taken against such people, it will be a greatest solution provided from your side.

    Hi,
    I am residing at Reliance township and i got free pass from L&TRajkot-Vadinar toll at bed village as i am in township which is less than 15 km from toll. This pass i got from very hardwork and after visiting 3 times of toll. Thaey are behaving like king of toll and that road. In recent days, on 28th may2016, i went there for pass renewal but their emplyoee who is doing pass renew is on leave so i was instructed to come another day. After that on date 3rd june2016 i went there again for same work and again he told me that machine is not working and come another day. So its 2 time i visited toll but they are not helping and local people working their are totaly waste, fools, no manners and behaving like they own that toll road. Also their higher authority is also using abusive and rough langauge. We people are facing serious problems.
    Its my humble request to take action and train them some profesionalisa and not to spoil image of L&T.

    Today while paying at Toll Plaza Jamnagar on way to Dwarka i asked the guy to give return toll ticket but the guy issued single side ticket and started arguing that it cannot be cancelled. Is it so? Cant he issue a fresh toll ticket with return fees?

    I was going to jamnagar on date 20/07/16,, the man name “irfan” was behave like king of vanpari toll plaza. He behaved very rudely. I ask him for consumer companies register but he not give it to me and he was in attacking mood when I ask him his Id card. Please take action against this other wish I complain to police.
    Your plaza has a sine board of IPC 144/188 according that you tell all that if we are doing any attacks on any person who works on toll plazas then you can file police companies against us but I show that on date 20/07/16 and time is 6:34:41 this man irfan and other are attacked on 1 truck driver who is front side of my car then why your officer not taking any action and why you not use IPC 144/188 againest your toll plaza members of vanpari toll plaza. Tell me I requested to answer otherwishe I am going to file cas in police against L&T and vanpari toll plaza members

    I AM NIRAV KANSARA, FROM JAMNAGRA, GUJRAT. I DAILY COMMUTE FROM JAMNAGR TO RELIANCE THROGH RAJKOT0-VADINARA STATE HIGHWAY. THERE ARE NUMBERS OF REPAIRING REQUIRED IN HIGHWAYS LIKE NEAR RAIL CROSSING OF KHAVDI, DUE TO WHICH TRAFFIC JAM OCCUR DURING EVENING HOURS WHEN LABOURS & LOTS OF TRANSPORT TRUCKS GOT STUCK IN TRAFFIC JAM.
