Dear Sirs:

On 17.4.2013, I had been to Sanand for the inspection of our GIDC Plot at Sanand. From Ahmedabad to Sanand, I had to pass through a couple of miles of Express Highway for which the Toll Plaza SH 17 TPO1 has charged us Rs.75/- vide Transaction No. TP0L122130417132672 Date and Time 17.04.2013 11.09:34 Hrs.

We feel that the charges are extremely high for using this small piece of Express Highway. In fact, you should have not charged Toll tax for the same.

Please clarify it.

Dear sir, sir I also have a same problem, we are going to visit our sanand GIDC plot and for using 4 to 5 KM of toll way, they are charges Rs.75.relay they have to give service road from toll cabine to sanand GIDC or any sutable arrraignment. as all are knowing that sanand GIDC is Gujarat largest GIDC and have hundreds of small to medium MSME factories.

On 26 Dec, 2015 I was going towards Viramgam from Ahmedabad (Gujarat). On this way there is a one Toll Plaza (Sanand – Viramgam). As I reached there I have seen that there is a numbers of vehicle standing at this Toll Plaza and only one booth of the Plaza was open.

There is another staff members seating in the same booth and when I asked them for open another booth. They all have used abuse language to me even after that there was my family members inside a car including one lady. Is it fair ?

“Using abuse language is routine work for the said staff”, said my friends.

I wish from government that to punished them all as much as possible.

We are giving them money. How can they use abuse language ?
