<description>I agree cent percent with Mr. Murali&#039;s remarks about the way in which th NHAI big bosses run their business under a totalitarian regime. I had been involved over ten road projects since the year 2001 both unit rate and BOT, most of which finally landed up before the DRB/AT. Currently I have two such classical cases of Port Connectivity Projects on which the axe fell despite NHAI&#039;s inability to hand over site as stated in contract conditions. In both the cases the DRB recommended damages to contractor but NHAI has agitated them before the AT. Even in the selection of the DRB member the names are dictated and until one agrees to nominate someone from their list NHAI raises some irrelevant objection and prolong the constitation of the DRB. But with some grit and determination I have stuck to my ground and brought the NHAI to their knees. If any one of your members are ifacing such difficulties or they need expertise to argue their case they may contact me for assistance for which I charge a nominal fee.
Thanks
